Do you want the best burger at the best price on Kauai? Then head to Kenji burger next to the Waipouli Beach resort. The burgers are large grass, fed beef juicy, and cooked to perfection. Ask for Kathy. She is a genuine people person and will remember your face and take great care of you Every time. I'm on the island. This is the first place I head for.
My son couldn't stop talking about Kenji burgers after our visit. We ended up coming here a few times & it was consistently good each visit! The meat is cooked to perfection & teriyaki sauce gives it a unique combination. Highly recommend the furikake fries!
Service was fast. Burgers can be a bit on the dry side, but patties taste like quality beef. Tried the Kenji, Truffle, and Happa. Kenji seemed the most balanced, while Happa bbq sauce was overpowering. Truffle was fine. Furikake fries were on the sweet side. Parking is limited.
Surprisingly good burgers, fries in a relaxed ambiance. Nice location in town, good for a beer and burger while watching games in sports bar atmosphere. Good prices as well. Service lacking but staff on island time so expected...
